Herbal Sleep Remedies with Brooklyn Public Library (online)

Guided by the Circadian rhythm, sleep is the body’s time to restore, detoxify and rejuvenate. It is essential—but for many of us, night after night, quality sleep feels beyond our grasp. What support does the herbal world offer those who struggle to feel rested, achieve deep slumber and sleep through the night?

In Herbal Sleep Remedies, Jess Turner will look at herbs that help improve sleep quality, exploring Circadian rhythms in nature alongside strategies that can be implemented throughout the day to achieve restful Zzzs in the evening.

Together, we will make a sleep tincture to help support deep slumber.

In light of the Omicron variant, this event has been moved online. Please register here to receive the Zoom link to the workshop. Grab and Go kits to create the recipe will be made available to the first 20 registrants. BPL will email you when they are ready. The recipe will be shared in advance if you'd  like to procure your own provisions.
